The holder is great. Don't know why reviews are not as good. It is light and material does not look very strong but it is sufficient to keep eggs in place. Bought it to bring deviled eggs to a party. Works well to hold and looks fine on the table without transferring eggs to a plate. I used a rubber band to secure it would not open on the go. Works well.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE STYLE THAT RESEMBLES A FLOWER - This style has plastic clips on the side that do not function properly. The lids do not stay on so they are basically worthless as far as their intended purpose. These were purchased to replace a set that I had many years that I am going to use again, at least, in the short term until I can find something else. They were bought for July 4th deviled eggs which is when I attempted to use them. Unfortunately, the return window closed on July 1st. If only I had tried them before. Hopefully, this review will help you to not make the same mistake I made in buying them.

These trays are fantastic! Easy to use. Keeps deviled eggs fresh longer than plastic wrap. They stack easily and the plastic is very sturdy. They look nice too to take with you to an event. The lid snaps on bd off easily. Makes stacking in fridge and taking with you easy and convenient. Excellent purchase.

Good design, but so-so execution: flimsy, with locks that are not secure and look like they themselves will fall off soon.

Not just bad enough for me to come on here and complain about them, but honestly shouldn’t even be sold on Amazon. Straight useless garbage. Lid is a different size than the bottom, latches do not align making it nearly impossible to close, top of the lid is not nearly high enough, cheap flimsy plastic. I had a really low bar when I ordered these (just needed something for one event and it won’t even work for that). 0 stars…. So angry about this waste of time for everyone involved.

Very cheaply made. Very hard to lock, and large size eggs 'dissapear' cause the holes are too big. If buying this, make sure to only use XL eggs. Does not look like it will last more than 1 or 2 gatherings. Very dissapointed.

This is exactly what I was looking for and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I wanted the ability to store the deviled eggs without them sliding all over the dish or plate, to cover them without having to use toothpicks and foil, and serve them in the same container I stored them in. This fits all the targets I was aiming for. Now, if had to take them somewhere other than my house, I would wrap the entire container in saran wrap and carry them from the bottom - I just don't trust the 2 little tabs that connect the lid. I like to be safe rather than sorry. I'm very happy with this covered deviled egg dish.
