Best purchase ever.
We love this power wheelchair comes ready to use. Keep the Velcro strap for folding. I took it on the airplane with ease used it on a cruise and Disney vacation we ordered an extra battery so we could have no worries. Although you can push manually. Check with airlines prior to departure for extra battery. After our trip we had a problem with the power but called for support and they sent parts which were easy to replace. Awesome people and quick to resolve issues. Smooth and easy to drive gives me independence and allows me to go places. Great value.

Pleasantly surprised
When I purchased. This chair, I wasn’t expecting much. The reviews frequently said that it lost pieces from loose screws. YES you can believe it. My tipper wheel felloff within a week of purchasing it, even though we did heed the printed warning and tightened all the screws. However, the chair has otherwise made up for the minor loss of a tipper wheel since I am not planning on doing wheelies or climbing stairs with it. One recommendation I do have, however. My husband cut some ⅜ inch plywood to match the seat cushion and put it in the cushion cover. It keeps the cushion (which is truly very thin). flat. So instead of sitting on the wheelchair frame, you have a soft surface. To make the story short, I love this chair, It’s shortcomings are far outweghed by the freedom and mobility I enjoy. Mr shoulders were not up to pushing a manual wheelchair so I had to do something. Since I had to pay for it mrself, I needed something inexpensive that would release me from the shoulder pains I experienced with a manual wheelchair. If you are thinking about buying a lightweight folding electric wheelchair, I say go for it!

Compact, light, removable battery, remote control!
This chair is wonderful. It was purchased for my father who is having mobility issues. He used to have one of those 3 wheeled scooters which weighed a ton. When travelling, they used a ramp attached to their tow hitch and would ride the 3 wheeled scooter up and strap it down. After changing to this chair they took the bulky hitch off and threw this in the trunk. It folds up and takes up minimal space. The battery also comes out and can be charged outside of the chair. That's extremely convenient so they don't need to take the chair in and out of the SUV when they need to charge up. Was looking at some of the more expensive chairs, but most were heavier and couldn't fold up as compact as this. It even comes with a remote control, which I thought was pretty cool.

Not as easy to pull as shown in photo
The media could not be loaded. This poor lightweight wheelchair supposedly is not as easy to maneuver as they lead you to believe there is actually no handle to hold onto to pull this wheelchair. You have to hold your hand over to large bars in order to pull it, and then it only pulls onto very tiny wheels, making it very difficult. The seller said he would solve my problem, but he did not solve my problem on handling this wheelchair and ended up telling me that it’s been two months since I purchased it and he was not willing to give me a refund or even a different chair they don’t have one.

Great chair for the price & excellent customer support!
I did a lot of research before ordering and compared this chair to others costing $2700+ and the features were almost exactly the same. The chair is just what I needed to get around on a vacation where we would be doing a lot of walking. Due to my impaired mobility, I wouldn't have been able to get around and enjoy the trip without it. For extra comfort and stability, I recommend that you personally tighten all the nuts/screws on the chair and add support under the cushion (we used plywood.) The chair is small & light enough for travel and is airline compliant. Make sure to pre-approve the chair with each airline because they all have different check-in requirements. Customer service was excellent! There was a mix-up with my order and when I contacted the seller, they immediately arranged for the wrong item to be picked up and sent the correct chair via FedEx. The airline lost a part on my chair and when I contacted the seller to ask if I could order a replacement, the sent it to me for free.

Lack of Control is unacceptable!
This wheelchair is very heavy, howbeit well built. The battery life is good, just need to find a way to charge this battery without having to remove it.It has very strong motors, maybe too strong or maybe too high of battery voltage going to them, initially.Joy stick is NOT variable speed. Even though it does have + and - buttons adjusting more or less voltage, it still is altogether too fast from the get-go.It seems more like a go or stop switch, than a smooth variable speed actuator. We have run into just about everything in the house and after 3 days the patient does not want to use it anymore. It definitely does not inspire confidence. It's now become nothing more than a very expensive useless corner space occupier. Also, the 3 second delay for the electromagnetic brakes to dis-engage is a real pain because as you move the joy stick slightly forward you don't know just how far forward you have pressed it because there is no instant movement. By the time the brakes kick off, you're at full speed running into everything. This creates a very bad experience!Contacted seller and sent them a 'eye opener' video. They assured me they would send it on to manufacturers to see if there was anything they could do, but nothing has been resolved after several weeks. Will update if there are any changes.

Not a free return!!
YOU CAN NOT RETURN IT FOR FREE!!!The chair is lighter than most, however, without the seat folding in half it's too wide to fit thru a non ADA room on a cruise ship. You have to be able to lift it into the room. It folds nicely for a trunk. I found it comfortable enough. I felt like it wanted to tip forward on some of the thresholdsThe joystick is extremely sensitive. I contacted the seller & was 1st called back within 20 mins.I had questions & was called back with answers within an hour. I think in the main description it needs to state clearly that it's not a free return. It would be nice not to have to search for that & then try to decipher how much you might get back if you send it back.
