As someone who has a office job and sorely misses the life of constant walking that I had in retail.. this is just.. perfection.I use it daily. Constantly, it's easy to use, has a very sturdy weight to it. It's hard to use if you're someone who is planning on using this type of device with non-grip socks.Easy to adjust, and you can put it just about anywhere. I do recommend putting felt pads underneath the point where the steppers hit the bar by the heel of your foot, as it makes a clicking sound if you don't.It is fairly quiet to use, but not whisper silent. It has a few counting moves you can choose from. To erase the data just hold the button. Good resistance if you adjust it tight enough.The pattern on the steppers doesn't interfere with my comfort. I hardly notice the pattern.

I was amazed at the quality of this stepper, given its low price. I was expecting a bit of shoddiness and poor engineering and instead received a relatively state of the art little exerciser. It's easy to assemble, easy to adjust, easy to move around, and easy to use. It's one of those little things that you think, "Well, I'll buy it but it'll probably just sit and gather dust," until it arrives and you start using it.It has a fairly small footprint, which means you can store it out of the way in any corner, under the bed, or beside a chair. And it gives a really nice work out. The resistance levels are easy to adjust... and you can really feel the difference with the higher levels.If you're waffling on whether to buy this, just jump in. I believe you'll be glad you did.

This takes up barely any room - I store it under my desk, has a footprint of under 2 square feet. I use it half and hour each day and it really, truly is a workout! You can use the handles for a more intense workout, strengthening your arms. I find this very useful and effective, also quiet, no squeaking. I have had it a year. So far, very good!

Easy assembly, the product works like a charm and comes with detailed instructions for future maintenance. The movement was smooth and I love that it’s adjustable. Feels very sturdy. It’s a little bulky but lighter than I thought it would be. Plus it was a great price!

I love this little thing! I’ve already used it a few times and you can definitely feel the workout. It’s great for anyone trying to ease back in to working out, or doesn’t want to pay a monthly fee to go to the gym.It’s small enough that it doesn’t take up a lot of room, and is easy to store when you’re not using it. It’s solid enough to not flop around while using it, but it’s still light enough to move around easily.It can be a bit difficult to screw in the tightening bolt since there’s not a lot of room to grip the cog, but holds up once tightened - so no random decreases in step height once set.Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy way to get back into working out, be able to workout effectively at home, or any desk-based employees that need a way to stay active during the day.

I'm very pleased with this. It is exactly as advertised and just what I was looking for. I started my first desk job four years ago, and I was looking for something that could combat all the sitting without being too intense. It gets the job done, and I can actually feel a burn, especially with the tension cords. Also, it takes up zero space.

Goof product overall, however the step counter is completely off… which is extremely disappointing. Thank fully your phone does a better job tracking steps. Will keep product due to its size and portability, but will not depend on the step tracker. Great space saver. Easy to use which is great, and comfortable.
