Transformers Masterpiece Frenzy and Buzzsaw are a couple of cool little action figures.The toys, like the rest of the Masterpiece range, are designed to visually represent the more realistic manner in which the characters were portrayed in the Generation 1 comics and cartoon series, and this set doesnt let you down in that respect.Whilst only about 2.5" tall/long, both characters have a surprising degree of articulation. Additionally Frenzy comes complete with his laser pistols and 'piledrivers' - as seen in the cartoon. When transformed they are designed to fit into the chest compartment of Masterpiece Soundwave.As usual, pretty much the only problem with any of the Masterpiece range is their prohibitive cost, which will probably put many off making this particular purchase as their small size doesnt necessarily represent value for money.

The toys are fun, particularly Rumble, who is extremely poseable and well balanced. Buzzsaw is little more than a statue, but he's definitely built to look like his show counterpart.

スタースクリーム達が訪れた遺跡の向こう側の世界の話で材料が無いため原始的な材料が手にはいりその1つにハトのフンが弾薬の化学薬品の一部に使われた時にスタースクリームがハトにフンを掛けられフレンジーがスタースクリームにたいして言ったセリフです。そしてメガトロンの出番は全く無く現世に戻ったときスタースクリームが帰って来ましたとメガトロンに抱きつくシーンで一度も出番が無かった事にたいして思い余る感情を雄叫びで表現して番組終了。本題ですが正確に確実にランブルとの違いを再現されたのが腕から手首にかけて同じ色の紫で再現されたアニメ完全移植には嬉しい限りです。個人的に前回でたプライムシリーズのフレンジー、ランブル、をロボットにしてからこのマスターピースのフレンジー、ランブルをプライム側に乗せて肩車させて遊んでます。因みに違いの点としてはカセットの型番のフレンジーとランブルとでは数字は同じでAとBが各々に印刷されてる点です。しかし永年待った甲斐がありました。此れで完璧なカセットロンが一部揃いました。他にも未だ欲しいカセットロンとしてはバットラット、スカウトロボ(鉱物探索機)が欲しいところです。

Frenzy is the perfect figure out of the two. No issues, transforms perfectly, piledrivers clip in great. Buzzsaw however had a few issues: the front of the right wing hinge was molded a to be a lil too slanted preventing the wing from being fully flat, and the headplate/camera is very crooked and is very noticeable when you have the camera flipped out. I'm sure these can be fixed with some sandpaper and some careful disassembly (the camera is made of soft plastic so I hope I can pull it out with tweezers without causing permanent damage), but it's a damn shame that they have defects at all given they're from whats supposed to be from the "Masterpiece" line and the high price thats attached to them.
