This lamp can be very conveniently placed on top of a desk or table. It looks good with my decor, the finish is quality, and there are no rough edges or scratches anywhere. The round base is heavy so the lamp doesn't tip over. The height is adjustable with the extender on the pole. The angle of the lamp itself is very adjustable using the different brackets near the bulb. This does need to be assembled but it's very, very easily and quickly put together. It comes with goggles to protect the eyes if the light is aimed at the face. This is actually my third red light therapy lamp and it fills a gap for me. I have one red light on a floor stand and one that is a portable "torch" for travel. But this one can sit on my computer desk or table so I get the benefits of red light therapy while I'm working or studying, which is great. After a few weeks of use, this has become very relaxing for my right hand, arm, shoulder, and neck while I do computer work. After a few minutes of using this light, my muscles relax and stiffness goes away. I've come to rely on red light therapy to keep me comfortable while I work. I'm really glad I can have this lamp shining on me while I work!

I bought my first RLT lamp two years ago after my arthritic knee hurt worse than tylenol or advil could control. It took a few weeks to detect improvement from RLT. The long-term results have been great. I still use it. My knee still aches from time to time. I don't know if RLT will fully cure my knee. I prefer RLT therapy far more than cortisone shots.The one nuisance I have with my first lamp is the clip-on light socket. When I saw the stand with the new model, I knew I had to have it. It works great. The adjustable seventeen-inch stand is meant to be a desk lamp. I can put it on the floor to shine on my knee, but I still use the old RLT for my knee. I use the new lamp on my desk for my hand. Computer usage has caused slight discomfort for years due to mouse clicks. RLT has reduced the discomfort and the tingling in my fingers has stopped. The adjustable stand works well. The base is heavy enough to steady the heavy bulb.

I do not like the item: 1st there is a missing item on the stand, the extension stand, I cannot connect. 2nd the infrared bulb does not warming up much, I let it stayed for more than an hour to warm it up. Later I tried again on and let it on for 2 hours….. Still, NOT working properly. I am returning this item and return my money back. Very disappointed.

From working in a sedentary type job position as an engineer and moving a mouse for 4-5hrs a day for many The right side of my neck and adjacent trapezious are stiff. This infrared light warms up that area and I feel the effects and warmth bellow the skin. It helps loosen that area. I stretchbright afterwards after muscles warm up and relax. The lamp comes with glasses. The instructions advise to not look at with the eye directly so that is the purpose of the glasses. Its easy, but has to be assembled. I am of course unable to review bulb longetivity since its a relatively new purchase. Product works as intended.

This is a great red light therapy, Easy to use and I like the adjustable stand it comes with. It is very sturdy and has different angle options to get any part of the body. Looking forward to using this product daily. Seems to work great so far.

I have an old neck injury that causes me near constant pain. Using this light warms my neck muscles and relaxes my neck to where I can go without agony. I believe that this light is something that I wouldn’t want to give up. It is well worth it and I highly recommend trying it!

bought this just as a haha let me try since its so popular. i have a naturally red face and ive been using this every day for like 10 minutes while i just listen to a podcast and since ive had this, i do feel like my face as evened out. ill keep using this andupdating you if anything else happens. so far, looking good
