Healthier alternative for regular vermicelli but still not recommended.
I honestly liked this vermicelli but still am not giving a 5 star rating. My reasons are as follows:1. I had purchased this product because am gluten intolerant and wanted to give it a try. But honestly after eating it for the 3rd time, once in a week, I started experiencing edema in my legs and feet especially. Don't know if it contains something wheat related or not, I didn't like the fact that it didn't suit my needs.2. Taste wise, it's good but can say that everyone will like it for sure.3. Even though it's a better and healthier choice over regular vermicelli, I wouldn't recommend this for regular consumption especially for those who have thyroid issues as ragi can make things worse and gluten sensitive people as well. So if you have the above mentioned health problems, please don't eat these.
