Very cute, it can be a little difficult to understand how to make some of the things in the packet. Easily solved with a YouTube tutorial.

Great value and nice decorations for an office setting. My boss loved it and it was a good 1 1/2hr setup.

Gold and pink ballon’s came with only 8 and a couple were different shapes. The white ones only came with 4. My favorite thing were the butterflies!! Different worth the price just a little annoying having to put EVERYTHING together and the missing balloons!!

Good quality for the price.

If you are not crafty, or do not have time to assemble things, don't buy this. The Happy Birthday banner turns out cute but took me a while to string together. The pom pom banner thing I had to hack together with some tape, but also turned out cute once it was done. The puff things, I threw out. Balloons are balloons and those are fine. The colors of the items coordinate nicely and good for a girl's party. But quality of this stuff is not amazing.

These really really pretty decorations for a sweet 16 party. The color and variety of items functioned well for the surprise party. We liked it so much, we kept the decorations up for over a week. The balloons held up great and all the decorations are so durable, we are saving them to use again.
