adidasMen's Terrex AX4 Hiking Shoe

I ordered size 9, and they fit me 100% perfectly. I usually buy New Balance 9.0, and these Adidas fit me just like those. The build quality is high. The soles are "Continental" brand, they make good tires. The insole looks stable. The mesh construction is heavy duty, with leather and rubber for structural support. The Inner lining is tight, and heavy duty. Good shoe laces and loop design. Attractive shoe, not heavy. Highly recommend.

Adidas are the only brand I buy online because I know I won't have any fit problems. I wear a normal Size 10 and these fit as expected. They look cool and they are comfortable. Great traction and no issues so far. I will update this review should I have any issues when I put miles on these.Update 1: This is my second pair of Adidas Terrex shoes. My other pair are Terrex Skychaser LT GTXs. These AX4 are a little bit different. The toe box is a little bit more narrow. Not a problem for me, but keep this in mind if you have wide feet. Also, the sole and heel of the AX4 is much more firm. These are not squishy when you walk or run, but the sole is very supportive.

I liked the look of these hiking shoes since I first saw them. I read multiple reviews about buying a size up. I am 11 on most brands and I ordered a 11.5 to try out. Sure enough, it was enough and was tight at the toes. Width is awesome though. I went a full size up and ordered a 12, which fits and feels great: not too big, just roomy enough. These are wide and lightweight and cannot express how excited I am to go into new adventures with these.

Great shoe. Comfortable and rugged

Initial impressions: A bit tight out of the box but break in quickly. Very comfortable. We'll see How these hold up I walk a lot, over 1000 miles a year. I have found shoes last about 500 miles before breaking down.This is my first pair of Addias? So the Jury is still out. But they seem to be high quality, so I'm hopeful.

This was the third pair I bought, dropped for 5 stars to barely 3. First two fit was great, very comfortable, quality construction, good shoe for all day, everyday use. The last pair something off in the big toe area, like the shoe is too small but only at the big toe and only on the right.shoe, left shoe was as the prior pairs. Both shoes show same size, not an all day shoe and definitely not for walking. Unfortunately passed the 30 day return window as bought when on sale

Great product. I understand there are some returns. Perhaps its the dashed expectations, the product write notes that it is a leather product. Of course its not. I started buying adidas shoes when I ran track in the mid sixties. trained and raced in adidas shoes. I loved the obvious application of biomechanics by the adidas folks. Of course I have over the years tried most other running shoe brands but Adidas construct their shoes on straight last which fit my feet well.

I have worn Addidas Terrex AX series shoes for years for hiking and to work outside. They are sturdy, durable, comfortable, and have good traction. These newer AX4 shoes are a different design than the AX2s and are a little tighter in the toes. It was not enough to go to a bigger size, but it is noticeable.
