I am a locksmith and have programmed thousands of automotive keys over they years. Unless you have previous knowledge or a friend who does, this may not be for you. You get 2 good quality (non OEM) keys. They will need to be cut to match you existing keys (locksmith or key cutter required). Then they will need to be programmed to your vehicle. Key programmer or single use programming dongle required. Then the remote also has to be programmed. Knowledge of the programming procedure is required. I get it that some people like to work on their own cars, but if you know nothing about auto security systems or the computers on the vehicles, you may be on the road to creating problems for yourself. You can save money by buying these keys at the wholesale price and then seeking out a professional to help you who has the correct equipment and knowledge. As for these aftermarket keys. I have done many and have had a failure rate of less than .005%. which is pretty close to 0. I also know some of these sellers and they are pretty reputable with good products.

Okay, I received the keys quickly! I took them to a lock smith and had them cut. I repeatedly tried to program the keys. One key works like it should and one key doesn't work.I called customer service and the only thing they could do is send me new keys and have me send back the bad key and one of the new ones.What's bad is the fuel to drive to town, the time, and the cost of returning to town to take the defective keys back. The costs of time and fuel are not worth the replacement cost.I'm happy I do have one new key that works!I would have been much happier to have two working keys.I think good advice is to only expect one key to work... that way you won't be disappointed.The good news is the key will work in the outside door lock!!!

Bought these to replace the old fobs on my 06 F150 and they programmed to the truck the first time. Well, the remotes did anyway. I still have to find the second key on order to be able to program the transponder but I will update the review once that is complete.

To program ignition key two original chip keys required.At least for my 150.

One key would program and would start the truck the other would not program at all. The one that did program would only start the truck, lock and unlock would not work. Sent back.

2013 Ford F150.....I could only get 1 key to program which will alow the car to start but transmitter didn't work. Other key nothing would work.

Would not program for our 2010 Ford f150. It said it is compatible and it is not.
