Very good Product

These capsules made me gassy and bloated. And it only worked as a softener for me. I feel it is good for good gut maintenance.

I have only used this product for a few days doing OK so far feel a lot better hopefully will do even better after a few weeks so I can reorder

These Colon Gold capsules are 7/8” long and 1/4” diameter. They have very little smell or taste and are easy to swallow. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules, but I started at 1 a day for a couple of days, then took my consumption up to the recommended 2. I experienced quite a bit of gas for a couple of days, but my elimination was smoother and more comfortable and I seem to have less bloating. They worked more like a stool softener for me than a full-on cleanse, but I found them mild and they did not cause me any distress.They are made in the USA in a GMP facility, are non-GMO and vegan. They seem to be a quality product that worked well for me.

I tried these for the heck of it but have already ordered the Colon detox pills I was using
