I love my Zena 1 Impact Vest! It is lightweight, comfortable, and offers very protective padding without feeling bulky. I purchased it to help protect my ribs and chest because I have an S-ICD, it is implanted on my left side on my ribs between my serrated anterior and the wire lead runs under my chest and up the side of my sternum to the electrode. Wearing my Zena 1 Impact Vest has given me the confidence to help return to athletic activities without worrying about being jostled, bumped into or injured. I can now play soccer with my boys without worrying about them bumping into me and my S-ICD. Thank you Zena Sport for creating a great vest and giving me the confidence to find my new athletic normal as a cardiac arrest survivor.

I broke my ribs canoeing last summer and I thought I was mostly healed till I took a fall snowboarding. That made me realize its going to take a while so I got this and wore it the whole rest of the season. I fell a couple times on it and It definitely helped protect me. Even just wearing it gave me peace of mind while I was riding. I wish it was a little thicker but I also love how simple it is. Its not too bulky and unnoticeable under my jacket. Its not ugly to wear it out either. Good quality, fit great, comfortable. THANKS

Zipper is super fragile and flimsy. The vest itself is very thin and does not seem very sturdy. After the first few zips I was worried the zipper would break. Wearing for first contact game soon and hoping it doesn’t break. So not wortn the money. Get a better brand.

It fits, it works, but I wish it was a short sleeve and had some shoulder padding too. Maybe they will make more in the future! I use it for roller derby and the best part is the boob protection. Thanks!

I purchased this for my daughter, who plays soccer, after she was injured during a game. The padding wasn't where she needed it to be because of the zipper. Plus the size ran a bit big.

Awhile back, I hurt my ribs when I missed a down rail on rollerblades. So I got these and they’ve saved me once already. I still got a minor bruise but far less than not having it on.
