I just received these yesterday. I used them yesterday and again this morning, trying to figure out which band fits what exercise. I'm happy with them so far. 4 stars just because I'm not familiar with the pluses and minuses yet.

Wow..i just got these today. Decided to use them for my workout. Mind u I'm a 43 year old female. I'm 5' 2 weigh 115 pounds...about to use the 80 pounds band hooked on the door edge for chest..and bam. The stitches to the edge where the handle broke. I have attached a pic.... I was so excited but now very sad that these are not as great. I'm nervous on using the others...pretty disappointed.****UPDATE**** 05/02/24 after the seller saw my review i was immediately contacted for my info..so they can send a replacement which is basically an upgrade to the band's. I just received them and wow. Awesome customer service on having this taking care of. Definitely changing it to 5 stars for customer service and awesome great quality bands!

Days after the return window closed, the strap gave way. The other bands that came with this product are already white from wear. The set is 30 days old and used about 20 times. Poor quality. Do not recommend this brand

I have quite a few sets of resistance bands. I got this set after I had snapped a 40 on another type. This type within the first 48 hours of getting them one of the Caribbean used to one of the ends to the bands down broke. It doesn’t open. The class doesn’t close it just flings back-and forth. I love the heavier bands that come with this but one of the 40 pound started to show strain already the 180 pounds love them very well built wish they had been a 60 don’t understand why I set geared towards big weight which started 10 instead of going by 20s so overall love the big heavy ones the little ones not so much that’s why I can’t give it higher

I’ve recently started working out more, but wanted options for at home. All the bands seem pretty comparable on here, but these have great colors :) they are beginner and more advanced friendly as you can choose how many bands to connect together to increase or decrease the weight. I’ve used them on a door frame and an eye bolt and both options work pretty well!
