Faulty
Was for a gift but there appears to be some pottery stuck inside the mug that was clearly left in whilst fired, so not safe to use, am in contact with seller to replace, if done quickly I will amend my review

This product was bought as a Christmas present, used once and cracked when washed in my sink

Specifically states special feature: microwave safe in headlines
Clearly states on bottom (and upon going back to website and reading small print) NOT microwave safe. Quality was poor also as in a couple of places the black paint hadn't covered the product. wanted this to heat soup in - so useless.

I love these ! Me and my mom use them all the time for soups and stews now. Easy to clean as well.

Pricey but nice
My friend is a fan of Harry Potter, so I want it to buy him few items from the Harry Potter collection and this item was one of them. It's a bit pricey, but came on time and well packaged. My friend loved it.
