Awesome quality, great bearings, not as flat-folding as many folding pedals though
I put them on and immediately noticed the quality. They have a large (8 mm) Allen hole on the inside for mounting, so no need to mess around with a 15 mm pedal wrench. The bearings are superb. Traction is enough to keep the feet from slipping, but not enough to tear up the foam on modern sneakers. (some pedals with the Allen setscrew spikes tear up those shoe soles) I paid forty six US bucks, and at that price, they're a good value.Looking at the pix, when the pedals are folded, the silver colored parts still protrude from the crank arms, so they don't fold as flat as many folding pedals, but they are much sturdier and nicer all-around. Noticeably less friction loss when pedaling; it's like free power. (however little!)

Possibly the best pedals you can buy!
Ownership: Two YearsMiles: 1-2kExperience: 3.5 years biking everywhere and fixing my own bikes. Have tried race face, wellsgo, and middle tier pedals. MKS spin the best.Bikes: 5 in the stableI’m a new doctor and commute to work for the health benefits. One of my go to companies for best pedals is MKS. I have them on the two bikes I use the most. Unfortunately for these pedals, they’re on my folding bike which I also use for winter. These pedals have been through a Nebraska and NYC winter. Tons of salt, snow, and grit on the road. These pedals are still working just like day 1. I probably need to service them, but I’ve been procrastinating because they still spin soo silky smoothe. These pedals still fold perfectly, but are still one of the stiffest folding pedals out there. I can’t tell I’m folding pedals. Night and day from the stock pedals on my Schwinn loop. I tend to prefer composite pedals, they tend to grip better in wet weather without tearing up my shoes, but these pedals seem to be the right mix of grip without being hard on the shoes. As these are metal and serviceable, I imagine these will last easily thousands of miles more than a composite pedal. I’ve had zero issues with them, and they’ve logged almost all my winter and snow miles. You can install these with a pedal wrench or at the spindle with an Allen key.For anyone looking for the best folding pedal you can put on your bike, I highly recommend MKS. As far as cycling goes, MKS is one of the best pedal makers. Just like brooks makes the best saddles, kool stops the best brake pads, and Park Tool is the king of bicycle tools.

Strong, simple.
Surprisingly strong pedals that lock solidly in place for pedalling. Spins freely on the crank, much better than the cheap non folding chinese OEMs on my bike.A little narrow for my big booted feet so pedal placement is a conscious effort to get started. Excellent quality so far. Perfect for my survivalist MTB zombie apocalypse bugout bicycle but probably "too much" for weight weenies. :)When space is a premium, the inches these folders shave off is worth every penny.

Nice upgrade over stock ebike pedals
I installed on my Lectric XP 3.0 ebike and so far, they work great! Big improvement over stock pedals and they match bike too. I've also tried removable, but they kept popping off and I tried cheap ones, but they didn't have good grip (unrideable with flip-flops). These feel solid, spin probably 3 to 4 times better than stock, and fold down to about same size as the original stock. I'm happy with them.

These help save space in our motorhome garage but are also made to withstand the pressure of cycling - love them

One out of four pedals stopped folding. No product support that helped me. Looking for a fix.
Out of the 4 pedals I purchased for my two ebikes, one of the pedals has now stopped collapsing. I cant find any help in how I might fix this. I tried cleaning and lubing it then tapping it gently with a hammer to try to get it to fold. No luck and no product support, that I could find. If anyone reading my review has any ideas on how to fix this issue, please post something new for me to try. Thanks.

THESE are the pedals to buy if you have a folding eBike. Sturdy, not light but strong!
I bought these to replace the ones that came with my 20" fat tire folding eBike. Those were tiny and broke soon under my off-road mountain biking. I did a lot of research before I decided on these; happy I did. These are strong, solid, precision made. Pleased with my purchase, fast shipping, packaging.
