As they saying goes “All Good Things Come in Threes” so as not to disappoint our range topping DP20 completes our trio of players. So how did our team improve on the already acoustical treat of the DP10? The answer, Twins! The DP-20 incorporates twin AD8610 high precision JFET input amplifiers.

Absolutely fantastic sounding DAP, high quality/solid build, fast/rock solid OS, a nice GUI and the Album cover art looks great on the 400x360 Screen. Works without issue with my 200GB MicroSD. I can't praise this DAP enough!Out of the following DAPs that I've either tested or own only one sounds a little better but it costs twice as much!(Cowon Plenue M2, iBasso DX80, Oriolus DP1, Shanling M5, Shanling M3s, Shanling M2s, Cayin N3, Fiio X1)and that's the Cowon Plenue. It only just beats it sonically but I prefer the physical buttons and OS of the ATC over the touch screen of the Cowon. So the ATC is my daily driver both for in the car and in the gym. The textured bass puts a smile on my face 😀 every time, the precise detailed mids and highs equally. The sound-stage is wide, smooth and analog sounding. Most audiophiles will cringe but I always EQ everything whatever the sound source, speakers or headphones, maybe its my ears but everything sounds rubbish without it. The 10 band EQ on the ATC is very much well above average, increasing the lower frequencies +4 db gives a great distortion free boost to the bass. Size and weight is perfect for me as is the placement of the controls. My only niggle, and it is just a niggle is the battery life isn't as long as some of the others players above but at 7-8 hours i think my energy in the gym will run out way before the ATCs does.It doesn't have Bluetooth but I don't want Bluetooth in a DAP, I don't see the point, you might as well use your phone, it doesn't use any of the audio circuitry of the DAP but relies solely on whatever is in the Bluetooth headphones to play the compressed Bluetooth sound.
