The product description isn't as clear as I'd like it to be, but this does come with a charging base AND four batteries, not one or the other. They all arrive in a small box with a USB cable for charging.The written instructions contain no photos and some unclear diagrams, and the "About Us" section is nothing but a header with nothing at all written below it, which feels... off. So it took me a while to figure out the right way to plug the batteries into the charger. I figured I'd include a photo here so that anybody else could see which direction you need to put the batteries to get them to actually plug in. You need to push harder than you think, and the charging base feels lightweight enough that I think you need to be careful you've got it lined up properly to avoid breaking it.Once you DO have it set up, though, it works great! The batteries do charge, and they do work in my XBox controller, and that's what matters most. I just really do wish that the instructions were clearer.

I got this battery charger and battery pack to replace the original rechargeable battery which no longer holds charge, and it turned out to be an amazing purchase! Comes with USB A to C cable, a charger which can charge 4 batteries at a time, and FOUR batteries as shown. FOUR batteries at less than the price of the original rechargeable batteries, while working just the same. Now I always have 2 spare, fully charged batteries while using the other two for my controllers. No longer I have keep AA batteries for back up. Each battery last for about 20 hrs, and it takes about 4 hrs to charge. Pretty much the same as the original battery.I also need to mention that the charger has a sturdy construction with anti-slip back. It also has a really cool Xbox aesthetic and lighting as well. What a cool Xbox accessories!

Took a chance on this and am completely satisfied! I have both X-Box S and X-Box X with associated controllers. I charged the batteries per instructions (3 hours) and the batteries all work well. I played three days on the first battery and it is still going strong. Played with two different style controllers that are Microsoft original (per instructions also). This charger is compact, so easy to find a spot on a shelf. Better than most battery/charger combinations. The BEST feature though is the price-to-value. Definitely a winner!!

It is so nice to have 4 charged backup batteries on hand and ready for extended game days. The charger plugs into usb port. The whole thing is small enough to transport easily. I like how it shows a red LED when charging and green LED light when it is ready to go. Such a reasonable price.Photo showing size. The charger has 4 batteries total.

I love this product. Now I can have more game time with backup rechargeable batteries and more game time. It comes with compact charger and looks cool. No need to look for new batteries. Easy to charge all four rechargeable batteries at the same time. Great buy and very happy with it. I recommend this product for every gamer.

Batteries snap into place nicely and easy to use and install. I love that it comes with all 4 batteries so you do not have to purchase those separately. The batteries will last for quite some time. It works perfectly well with Xbox series x controller. I was running out of AA batteries constantly due to my son's xbox controller's quickly dying. This is a game changer, hours and hours of fun now.

Thank goodness I decided to buy this, it makes not having to worry about batteries for the xbox controllers so nice. You can play and not have to hunt down batteries. This is perfect. I love the coloring and the size. it is small enough to be out of the way but charges the batteries super quick. It is very nice and handy and the price point is perfect.
