This product helps me loose weight slowly as recommend for older folks.

I chose this product because there are more bacteria than in the other products. Do they work? I'm not sure if any of them really do, but I seem to feel better and stay more regular if I take them. Is it psychosematic? Maybe, but I'm not giving them up to find out!

I switched to this probiotic because it contains Bifidobacterium. I read an Australian article about the world's oldest women, María Branyas Morera, who died in 2024 at the age of 117. She left science a gift—samples of her microbiome. Her microbiome was as diverse as that of a much younger adult and was especially rich in the bacterial family Bifidobacteriaceae, including the genus Bifidobacterium. So when I read that, I said, "Gimme some of that." The probiotic I was taking did not contain it so I switched to this. Hopefully, I'll make it to 117...

I've purchased quite a few probiotics. This one is one I'll buy again. I only take one a day. No GI upset at all, just positive effects. Price was good, too.
