The packaging is a bit OTT but the instructions are clear. The strips take quite a bit of force to push them together with a satisfying crunch so are quite difficult to undo which is a good thing for this product. Once you have applied the strips and test mounted the picture you then have to leave the strip on the wall (without picture) for an hour before remounting.
