Saved me a lot of money.
I needed a new cartridge pen because I dropped and broke my inPen. It was $800 to replace my inPen or $24,000 to replace my insulin. This pen saved me a bunch of money. Thus the 5-star rating.Some of the things I like besides the price: It has a locking mechanism, so you can't accidentally dispense a bunch of insulin into your pocket. It's about 2 inches shorter than the inPen making it easier to dispense one-handed. It is very light weight.I read the reviews. Then I read the description. The title said has a carrying case, the description said no carrying case. I decided that since I could read, I didn't need to leave a 1-star rating. Don't believe the one star ratings.

Broke way too soon. Looks like a high quality pen, but didn’t perform very long
I ordered this pen July 3; it didn’t arrive until October 21. On December 24, it stopped working. It will no longer push insulin out. My insurance did not cover its cost, so I am out $20 for a necessary item that only lasted 3 months. Not very happy

Exactly as expected
I am not sure why some of the 1 star rating reviews were written. I received the name brand Novo NorDisk NovoPen 4. It came new and unopened in the original box, and included a very nice carrying case with the Company logo on it. This the exact product that was advertised and that I needed. It delivers insulin from insulin cartridges, without all the bells and whistles of a smart pen. I do not need a smart pen as my Libre CGM records all my readings. I am thrilled with this product.

No carrying case, item not for resale on it.
Item was not as pictured, did not include carrying case. Item said "physician's sample, not for resale" on it. Box was damaged.

Flawless and brand new in sealed box.
I read the reviews and took a gamble. I won. It was new and sealed in the original box. It functions perfectly. I have not put a cartridge in it yet, but I have no doubts that it will function properly. I tested the plunger, the dial, reset the plunger, tested the dial a second time. The price is right and I am very happy with the results.

Nova pen 4
Bought this and it said pen with case.The box it came in said pen with case.When we opened it there was no case just the pen.We kept it because we needed the pen to start our medicine.It would have been nice to have the case for when we have to take it with us.
