I ordered this portable jump starter for times when my battery goes dead in my car and no one is around with jumper cable. A added bonus with it is that I can charge my cell phone, laptop or tablet with it if we lose power. I live in Florida and with the hurricanes we have had in the past few years, this will come in very handy when the power goes out for a few days especially with the built in flashlight.So easy to use, just clamp the supplied cables to you battery and it is ready to go.It comes with a USB C and USB A cable but the USB C port operates both ways, it can charge the unit or charge a device for you.Overall very pleased with the product, everyone should carry one of these in their car. Don't wait until you have a dead battery, just purchase one now and be prepared. I will order a second unit for my other car.

This battery booster actually works. I have another, smaller unit from another manufacturer that barely has enough power to jump a lawn mower for more than 3 seconds. This one, on the other hand, can actually jump a car. I don't know that it could jump a diesel like they claim though.The clamps are strong enough to securely attach to the battery terminals, although the leads are very short. I knocked off one star simply because the leads are so extremely short. Even 6" longer would make a huge difference.It is extremely simple to use. Just plug the jumper adapter in to the unit then attach the leads to your battery. No buttons to push or anything of the sort. It does everything automatically. The user guide is printed on the back of the jumper adapter so you'll always have it handy should you need to figure out what the LED status means.The storage case they provide is outstanding. Very high quality and, if anything, overkill.

Well made, nicely packaged battery jump kit. Battery came 6x% charged (more than 60%, less than 70%, just don't remember the exact number?) and fully charged in a reasonable timeframe. Unit has more than enough capacity to jump start my Mother's Jeep Renegade after the flashers were left on. The leads on the unit are too short to safely ground negative to the frame while still connecting the unit to the positive terminal. This is common for most jump battery systems to minimize voltage drop, I'm guessing?

It's good at what it does once fully charged, but there are some issues I have with the instructions and charging.The main issue is the instruction to power it off is wrong and I can't figure out how to turn it off once on. The battery drains extremely fast when turned on and charges back up very very slowly. So while it works well, you don't want to mess up while using this or you'll have to wait hours for it to come back online.The screen display is really bright and super clear and visible. Great display with an easy to read interface. The LED light is a bonus, but given how quick the battery drains I don't think I'll be using it much.The entire thing is very compact. The jumper cables are not long at all so you won't have the freedom to place the device wherever you want while you're using it, but it's not that bad. The case it comes in is great, it has space to keep everything you need to operate it all in one place; very convenient.Overall, it's a solid product to keep in case of emergencies; however, it could be improved with faster charging times and a better instruction manual.
