Adhesion to wood could be stronger
Provides a modestly good grip surface. I wrapped the tape over a clean 2x4 and the adhesion wasn’t strong at the edges and it bubbles a little. Fair value for the money.

Like Sandpaper
For some reason, I wasn't expecting this to be so rough, like sandpaper. I'm using it on a DIY footplate for band exercises (a la X3. I'm a little concerned about it wearing/chipping/scratching my bands, but time will tell.They don't last forever anyway. It was easy to cut and appply, once you get the backing started. This would certainly be great for steps, or where you climb, like a ladder or step on a mower or tractor.

Got this for teenager to put on his skateboard. He says it was easy enough to put on and works good and it has held up with him riding it. And I'm sure we will buy more
