Review: I wanted to like this product - This is such a great idea... But completely let down by its implementation. First and foremost, the build quality on this product is just not there. The idea has been well thought out, from the different sized mounting pads to the cutout for a lightning cable. This, however, is all let down by the fact it's built from plastic - particularly considering the price. I ordered two of these - one arrived previously opened and broken (desertcart were great at quickly sending a replacement. The second snapped on the second use. There is nothing but 4 small tabs of plastic holding the whole clamp together. Considering I was originally shipped a broken one (probably a previous customer return - had the exact same failure but on both clamps). The second one I ordered I am too worried to even really use. Would have much preferred to have seen the body of the product made from aluminium, and would have been willing to pay a bit more.
