I actually live in Australia, and saw one here, but it was easier and cheaper for me to purchase it through Amazon. It is much nicer than many that are in the market here... It is rated for 1 year+. From the feel of it, the visible eyes are just a smaller part of a larger piece (most under the surface). Perhaps making each eye large enough to not pose a choking hazard. There are plastic eyes but they are securely attached to the plush on the back so they can't be taken out unless the plush material is ripped.
