The best Android tablet one can buy in below mid range
Well I had no other choices at this range (30k) other than this, as I wanted a tab just for light office work like reading mails, little use of office 360 and causal content consumption, so there was no meaning of shelling out 50-70k on high end tablet such as the galaxy tablet series (not an apple fan).Well to begin with pros, here are some:1. The best screen one can get when we are taking about a LCD pannel, crisp, bright, sharp and a smooth pannel thanks to the 120 hertz refresh rate.2. The processor, yeah it's an old one now (SD 860) but still is a well capable processor for almost no cons in it, it easily powers up the tablet for a very smooth experience.3. Audio quality, well it packs up 4 speakers with Dolby surround sound which doesn't produces such a loud sound but instead produces a very good quality sound.4. Battery lasts long easily covering up my whole day with a screen on time of around 11 hrs.5. Runs on Android 11 with miui 13 (tab version).6. The tab is quite light weight and also built very well with an aluminium frame with a good quality plastic back.Well now for the cons (quite a few):1. Display is said to be supporting HDR content, but to my experience it does support HDR content but the black parts are not watchable, i mean it has a black crush problem (a software issue not a hardware one), hope xiaomi will fix it with future updates.2. MIUI is not well optimised for certain apps such as hotstar and zee5 runs only in potrait mode till we play a video, so me times frame rate dropes in some apps, facebook, instagram are not optimised for landscape mode.3. Well this might be only on my piece, the volume button is not clicky at all and have to be pressed to hard for it to work.4. Availability of accessories is quite a problem as neither the book cover neither the pen are available and the keyboard cover was not even released in India, also third party accessories are also very limited.5. Updates: Its still running on Android 12 in 2023 and xiaomi has no official updates on updating it with Android 13, but it will get MIUI 14 update on 2nd quarter of 2023, and Fter that might not get any other updates. So now it's upto you, if you want a well made Android tablet under 30k for causal purpose you have no other choice other than this but if are looking for a tablet for your work purposes in the Android section then I would recommend you to go for the Samsung S7+ if you don't mind the big 12.4 inch screen size (available at around 45k) or if the budget allows you can also look at the tab S8 series (also available at discounted prices now).

High level specs at affordable price
Xiaomi has given all the high quality specs at a low price, and made the basic ipad moot. It directly competes with the latest gen of ipad and is better than it, except only for a few apple only apps. You can use it for all office work. Good sound quality helps with movies. If you are a student, you can use it very well for watching educational videos like MARROW. it also gives exceptional gaming performance, owing to its snapdragon 868 and cooling system. long battery life is cherry on top. The only drawback is that it is slightly heavy.
