The ANYCUBIC Kobra 2 Hotend V5 J‑Head Print Head is an excellent upgrade for my Kobra 2 printer! Right out of the box, installation was straightforward and the adapter fit perfectly with the existing mount. The included 0.4 mm nozzle and ceramic heating cartridge heat up quickly and provide consistent, reliable extrusion with very few issues—even on long prints. I also appreciate the high‑quality silicone sock that helps maintain stable temperatures and keeps the heater block cleaner by preventing filament burns and drips. Since installing this hotend, I’ve noticed smoother layers, better filament flow, and reduced stringing on detailed prints. Whether printing PLA, PETG, or TPU, the performance has been excellent and very reliable. Overall, this hotend delivers great value, improved print quality, and dependable performance with my Kobra 2. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade or replace their stock hotend!

It doesn't clog and works while extruding the 3d filament. It is easy to install and gets plenty hot.

it worked good for 32 days then just stopped. The heat prob wire broke inside skip this one. literately days after the return window.

I have found it just as easy to buy the whole hotend and swap out the old one after a major clog because its just 2 machine screws and 3 wires it takes less time than doing a nozzle change and cleaning of the heating block and with this u get a new teflon tube and new thermistor and everything it prints so nice after a hotend swap out if it majorly clogs again im gonna just get this hotend and make it like brand new so easy. I love it.

After having been thrilled with the performance of my Kobra 2, I noticed the print quality begin to decline. Long story short, I mistakenly got this in hopes of modifying it to take regular volcano nozzles, and after realizing some goofs I had made, I decided to just install this piece. What a difference! Yeah. I could have gotten away with just cleaning the original one, but I had managed to bake some filament in there pretty well. Anyway ... Get one of these, or clean up they one you have. Slapping a new one in there was quick, easy, and painless.

I bought three of these expecting them all to work, but apparently the Teflon tube they come with don't actually mate inside the hotend. After fiddling with all three I gave up. On a whim I tried to fit the Teflon tube into the old hotend and lone-and-behold it mated no problem. I'm certain that the inlet for the new hotends are not manufactured properly. Regardless if I just got super unlucky, I won't be buying from these guys again. I decided to go directly to Anycubic for the replacement part. A bit more expensive but at least it's guaranteed to work. On the bright side I can cannibalize these useless hotends for their thermistor and heating rod.

Easy to use and install Also a very good value for the price

First print with the new nozzle was fine. Second one started to show some artifacting so I ran calibration and adjusted some settings. Third print failed, filament was not laying properly. Took off the rubber sock covering the print nozzle and the entire bottom was covered in filament so I took the whole print head off and removed the nozzle. The top of the item was also covered in filament. I tried to scrape some off but even using acetone to soften the PETG, the little yellow nozzle piece snapped when I tried to unscrew it. Might as well pay the tariff surcharge and wait the week to get it directly from AnyCubic if I can only get one good print before the print head decides it doesn’t want to work.

COBRA2Neoのヒーター故障？で動かなくなったので修理用に購入。 フィラメントの導入パイプ（青いパイプ）は取り外した純正の長さに合わせてハサミでカットするだけ。 その他コネクタ・ケーブル類は全く問題なくポン付けで交換完了。5分あればできます。 交換直後のため耐久性については未検証ですが、現状はとりあえず元気に動いています。 …純正でも1年足らずで故障したので、今後も「故障するもの」という前提で２～３個買っておくのもアリか？
