Not a helpful customer service... quality is very poor
Do not buy from this seller. No customer service. I contacted the seller to help me regarding the "no power" of my cameralink. I later use the cameralink because I waited for my money to purchase camera. When it finally arrive, I power the cameralink but no power. I ask help because its already outside the allowable date for return. I was asking help on how to find help such as manufacturing warranty but no response. I tried to contact them several times but i am ignored.
