IsNtreeHyper ACID4 30 Serum

I love using this! It is simple and it is quick because I am a busy person with lack of patience. It took me 5 uses to see my skin texture change but that is with every skincare, it takes time. Its gentle enough for me but there is a little redness after use so it is best used at night before bed, and it has a little sting with the active ingredients.

I have dry-combination skin . Sensitive dry cheeks, oily t-zone. I have used it 2-3 times a week for over a month. I'm mentioning this because the peel effected different parts of my face in different ways. I'm describing my experience and explaining why I think I got the result I did. This doesn't mean you will get the same results.First of all, this peel is meant for people with combination to oily skin. The problem is that it doesn't have enough salicylic acid in it. You see, salicylic acid is oil soluble. It goes deep down into the pore and cleans it out. The problem with SA is that it can be irritating and it can dry out people's skin. so instead of using SA, they are using gentler acids. Unfortunately, it hasn't done much for the pores on my t zone. I have sebaceous filaments, which are made of...oil. charcoal doesn't do anything, it's not a magnet and it does not suck up oil. I still have texture.I've seen better results with my dry cheeks. They aren't as rough. They are softer now. Unfortunately, because my skin is sensitive, I only exfoliate this part once or twice a week.This product is not for damaged skin barrier or very sensitive skin. If you are new to acid peels and have dry or sensitive skin I would suggest a different but similar product. It's one by Skin 1004 and has about half the acid in this product. Do a skin test first.If you have oily skin and don't have sensitive skin, I think you will be alright using this product. But you should definitely do a test first. Start with once a week first. Also, it will take a while before you see any results.If you are not new to acid peels, I don't know if you will find this product useful.So who would I recommend this to? Somebody with dry or normal skin, who has a healthy skin barrier. (Assuming there was no reaction from the patch test.)

It is a nice product for the exfoliation. I use it once a week. It is slightly tingling, but exfoliate my skin nicely. There is also slight redness of my skin after using it, so I use it at night, before going to bed and my skin is smooth and glowing on the next day. I follow this serum with my usual routine and it works just fine.

Due to the warnings on the description page, I did spot test it on my arms before testing it on my cheeks. My cheeks did have some redness on it after use. So next the next time I used it I rinsed it off earlier than at the 1 minute mark. I currently only use this 1 time a week and I don't use any AHA/BHA products afterwards, but use gentle soothing toners, serums, and moisturizers.It seems to work well as an exfoliation product. To avoid eyes, I dripped the product onto my finger first rather than directly onto my face...just in case

I've been using this serum for a while, and it has made a noticeable difference in my skin's clarity. While it's effective to some extent, I must admit that I find it a bit overpriced for what it offers. It's not a total game-changer, but it has certainly helped clear my skin to some degree. If the price were a bit more reasonable, it would be a solid 5-star product in my book.
