These really do work. My wife swims 5 days a week and these have not come off once. Highly recommend.

The covers for the Libra Freestyle are a handy compliment to the sensor but can be a bit awkward to fit over the sensor.

I took a bad allergic reaction to these, it caused my skin to burn and throb and left a raw red rash

As new T1D I was looking for some kind of cover or device to keep my sensor more secured after accidentally pulling a sensor off while sleeping and having no spare. So, read loads of reviews and decided to take the plunge on these. Trialed the first one as it is a tad tricky but if placed properly to begin with, the rest is pretty simple. Can’t avoid the resultant small air pocket but for the peace of mind - worth it indeed. Will see how these last and remain adhered to skin and if no issues, I’ll definitely buy again. Not sure how sensible it is to leave each one on for the full two weeks (skin needs to breathe too) but if I get 2-3 days from one, I’ll be happy, before changing. Affordable and safe.

I can’t really leave a review as I can’t use them. They are for the Libra 3 and I have Libre 2. I obviously ordered the wrong ones. I also can’t return them as you have to cut the packet to open it, and the only writing on the packet is not specific. I’m just pointing this out in case anyone else is looking!They are at least 2cm smaller in diameter.I didn’t have a clear one left to show in a picture. Picture for attention really. And now I’m off to get some in the right size!

The Freestyle Libre sensor covers are just as advertised; the transparent patch fits over the sensor perfectly, but it can be tricky when trying to affix it yourself, the adhesive is so sticky, that it gets stuck to the finger while trying to peel off the backing paper, therefore, another pair of hands will come handy for this part. When applied, It irritates the skin at first, but after an hour, the irritation goes down/away and you won't feel it on your skin. Because it is waterproof, you can shower without worrying that it will come off and the patch lasts up to 10 days before it starts to peel off the skin
