The item I received looks nothing like these. There is no zipper or shoulder velcros, just a thin plastic vest that slips over the head. It is way too small to use the straps on the sides- definitely is not one-size fits all. Cheap. Unable to use in any way.

The pockets are a very ⁰tight fit for the ice packs. They are almost impossible to get in once they are frozen. Recommend to get them into the pockets first then freeze the entire vest! The side straps are very difficult to get on and off with the cheap plastic buckles, there should be velcro instead. It does work to keep cool on very hot days.

This didn’t work at all for me. The packs leaked. I needed to wear it under my clothes and it just didn’t work. This would be great if you could use it as intended.
