I love this stuff. It is AMAZING with cheese but you're limited only by your imagination as I've put it on quorn fillets, salads and pretty much anything else I had on my plate. It says it in the title: 'jelly' so don't mistake this for jam, as you're not going to be able to spread it on your toast. It's so thick you get more of a slice, like a jelly from a mould.It definitely tastes of beer, like a golden ale: hops and a slight hint of honey, but it goes deliciously with anything you are eating. It only lasts for 6 weeks once opened but that is not a problem at all, as mine will all be gone easily within 6 weeks.I bought it as a gimmicky Christmas gift (one for myself, of course) but it's going to be a staple item in my fridge from now on.
