I purchased this for a trip to Paris and it was just what I needed. Having only studied one year of French over thirty years go this was a great go to book for the basics.The frequently used words and phrases are easy to find and there is a section to decode a menu.The size is great, the text is big enough to read at a glance and the size of the book is small enough to have to hand.The book arrived in good time and I am pleased with this purchase.
