I ordered the Laud Smart Wireless Fitenss Activity Tracker in Blue (with a black face) fior myself for a self-care 2018 gift. When I received it, I was not sure that it was going to do everything I thought I wanted it to do. It took me a minute to figure out how to charge the unit but it charged rather quickly. I downloaded the app from the App Store. This tracker is amazing! It is blue tooth enabled so you can program the watch through the app. All the information actually shows on the wrist tracker. Date/Time/battery life. How manny footsteps you’ve taken, BPM. How far you have walked. How many calories you have burned.. You can get email and Facebook updates. Adjust your music. All from your wrist! From the app, you can send yourself reminders, chart your path, track your progress, track your sleep patterns, an alarm clock, It’s really remarkable. Very simple to use. I did take a few to figure out how to put on the band, but it’s really comfortable and stylish. I have no excuses anymore.FANTASTIC VALUE!!!!!! Sophisticated self-care that is easy on the wallet and eyes.
