If you like ginger, this is the strongest by far that you can find. It has red food coloring on it, which may seem odd at first, but it makes it look more appealing then the natural brown of ginger. Ginger is great addition to your diet. However, this ginger not appetizing, while the red ginger has a little sweeter flavor it is overpowered by the salt content making it unappetizing. In my case it was thrown out.
