These add some heal height and at first feel very hard when you are placing them into your shoes. As long as you have them placed correctly they are very comfortable amd worth the cost.

These are made great and definitely does the job

Initially I thought these are great, but after less than 2 weeks they are coming apart. They provide great support, but if they don't last they're just a waste of money Update. The blue covering af completely separated from the plastic base after wearing these for a month

I wanted a 3/4 length orthotic that had support for my high arches and also provided some cushioning. But after a few weeks, the pretty cover on the top started peeling away, so I don't know how long they will last. Might just be a cosmetic issue, time will tell.

These have been a great help for my feet. I use them daily.

Not bad product but didn't help me. The cushion is not that soft and the stability are not that great either. But not bad for arch support.

It's target is the middle and heel of the foot great product has brought a lot of relief to my feet

Se me está formando un espolón calcáneo, en tres dias el dolor me disminuyo bastante aunque no se me ha quitado del todo. Probablemente tenga que usarlas más tiempo.
