I purchased these to us on my elderly mother's bedside step. I have one point at the step so she can see it when getting in/out at night and the other on the end so when she's coming from the bathroom in the dark she sees not only where the step is, but the other obstacles near the end of her bed.You cannot control the duration the light is on, which would be nice; but you can change the brightness of the lights and also select 3 light settings. You can have only the large forward facing light surface, you can just the back light or you can have both.I purchased the Warm White, but if I was to do it again, I'd go with either the Warm Yellow of Amber to make it less shocking. Each module needs three AAA batteries which aren't included. You mount them by peeling off some double stick tape and pressing the back plate onto the surface. To remove the fixture to replace the batteries, you grab the front and push up to release it from the plastic back panel.Overall, we're pleased with both the size, amount of light and effectiveness of the motion sensors.

I have this mounted in my bathroom, so I don’t have to turn the light on in the middle of the night which wakes me up and the soft Amber glow of light does not blind you and I love the way it comes on when I’m about 10 to 15 feet away.I would highly recommend this.

Love these lights! They are motion sensor lights so we have them around for our senior dog to see at night. They are bright enough for her to ser without waking up the whole house. They stay on long enough for her to move, and if they happen to go off too quickly, they come back on as soon as she takes a step. PS - The sticky on the back is very sticky and will stay on whatever you stick it to, even if you want to move them.

i love these lights and have bought several packs so i could put them all around my house. i don't bump into things at night anymore, and it also gives me a sense of security. the battery life could be a bit better, but it definitely depends how often you're going by the light and what brand of batteries you use. dollar tree batteries don't last long at all, whereas amazon brand and winco brand last longer. it would be nice if it had a feature where you could charge it too if you wanted to, but i'm not complaining. i definitely recommend these!

Easy set up and works great. We used one to light our stairway inside our 5th wheel and the other to light the inside of the cabinet under the kitchen sink, also in the RV. Love that they are motion sensored.

Perfect for dark stairs. Stepping down the stairs in the basement was a bit scary. These lights are great, easy to stick on the walls, and have just enough light to make walking safer.

Absolutely love this unit. Placed it in the corner, where my walls meet, on the floor.I have 15 steps to my bathroom and it comes on when I reach the 14th. It stays on plenty long enough to pass it, before fading out.Feel so much safer now; love that it's motion activated.

The item I received was defective (the springs are wrong) and it’s too late to return it for another one (by like a week because we had just moved and I wasn’t able to find it until today). The one that actually works is great but now I have a defective product I can’t do anything with
