Well built, can lie down and work hamstrings
Only machine I have found with a small footprint that allows you to lie on your stomach and work hamstrings. It takes a little effort to reconfigure from sitting to lying down but worth it. Overall well built and easy to assemble.

Esta máquina no sirve, la silla no es estable , los huequitos no están en la misma distancia y es imposible ajustarla , no valió la pena comprarlo

Does the job but not heavy duty.
Does the exercises well, but even when all bolts are even tight and secure, it wobbles. The powder coat paint chips off easy, so don't accidentally ping it with weights or so.
