Finally, a comfortable, quality sleep wedge!This is the third sleep wedge I've bought, looking for one that doesn't cause back pain, doesn't separate into separate pieces (what a silly novelty that turned out to be...) and doesn't slide around sideways underneath me. I find that, personally, I need to use a pillow for my head, and also pillows under my arms like armrests, but that's all very subjective and personal to me, not the wedge itself. I also super appreciate that this wedge is firm enough to support me while also being soft enough to not cause upper back pain.I especially like that the wedge has that layer of breathable material between the foam and the pillow case. I need to be cool when I sleep, and heat drives me crazy, so having a wedge that doesn't trap heat is a godsend. Plus, the case itself zips off easily for machine washing! There are even nifty little pockets on the side (in different orientations, too, so no matter which way you're using the wedge, there's an upright pocket to use!) So cool.This wedge has made a noticeable difference in my sleep apnea, and a massive difference in my acid reflux also.There's nothing more important than getting enough quality sleep at night. Poor sleep will negatively impact literally everything you do and every system in your body. Sleep hygiene is one of the things you should absolutely not skimp on in this life, and this sleep wedge has been exactly what I needed in my life!

After surgery I needed a wedge for comfort. Due yourself a favor and don't purchase the inflatable kind.. it slides all over the bed! This one is perfect and well made!!!

Luckily, easy to return, the angle was uncomfortable for me, made me feel like I was sliding down constantly. The material and shape was good and as expected, but the functionality (for me) was uncomfortable.

I had 7 vertebrae and 2 ribs fractured and can only go to 30 degrees when not wearing a brace. This feels so nice. Takes pressure off my back and it's a high quality soft material. Has been very helpful for me!

I intended to use this under my knees to relieve back pain but it is too hard and cut off the circulation in my calves. I returned it at the Amazon distribution center because it is impossible to get it back into the plastic bag it came in. I was very happy with how Amazon handled it. I did think it would be good for a back rest, if that is what you want.

Spent a bit more than I usually would, but this is a really nice wedge pillow. I've only used it a few nights so far, so it's probably still a little firmer than it will be over time. Great support, nice materials, well made, very comfortable. I didn't buy it for pain relief, so I couldn't rate that.

This was significantly shorter than shown in the photo. Not worth it for the price. I bought to use for a pregnancy facial and it’s too short. Most likely returning.
