A tool I didn't know existed
I have some form of tremor that comes and goes worse and better. My neurologist thought it was my Ritalin, for ADHD and Autism, that generated the tremor, but I've had it since before I started the Ritalin, the Ritalin has only made it worse.I did not know there was such a tool as these, so yes, I immediately pounced on them to try them.I do and don't like them, and I'm only partly sure they work for me. They are worn on the back of the hand, as the picture shows, and fixed in place with an elastic and velcro band at the wrist and elastic loops for the fingers and thumb. The band on the thumb is good and wide and generally doesn't cut into the skin, but the loops for the fingers are much thinner and will wear the skin into an abrasion of some sort over time. So they are better suited for smaller hands, or hands with skin not so sensitive to wear as mine or perhaps older, papery and crepe-y skin. A thing to be aware of in older users (I am 38).The wrist band is the same width as the thumb band, and cuts into the wrist over use, too, and doesn't stay in place well. There were some design decisions that needed to be worked out in prototyping, and weren't.The fabric of the weighted section is canvas. It is soft, and feels ok on my hands, but the weighted beads do not stay in place, so do not stay evenly distributed. They bunch up as gravity shifts them around as I use my hands, so I have to adjust them all the time. The stitching is OK, passable, but would be better double-stitched or surged, rather than the single line it has.I do like these, I'd like them better if they were more comfortable and the weight didn't shift so much.

Perfect!
Purchased these to help my husband with essential tremors. They are perfect! Having the option of changing the weight really helps him with doing different tasks. Highly recommend!
