These have transformed my closet into a dream. So organized now and easy to find everything I need. It is simple to operate and I enjoy putting away my clothes now. I love having everything at eye level. I hired a handyman to install them in my built in closet to save space and be more organized. Otherwise there was a wasted shelf at the top I couldn’t reach. The handyman said it was a breeze to install. I am very happy with the functionality and design of the rods - not to mention the affordability. Great purchase for me.

Our coat closet was THE WORST. Why is it 6 feet deep and full ceiling height? Why did they install a single wire shelf with a rod on the back wall and call it a day? I may never know but this thing solved all my problems. Instead of having the jackets that we use maybe once a year displayed prominently in the most accessible location in the closet and every other item we use on a more regular basis balanced on a single shelf like a jenga tower, I replaced the wire shelf and rod with a 5 shelf unit with this miracle clothes bar above it. Now the things we actually use are at a normal height and we can still access the items stored on this rod. Things like the NASCAR jacket my husband won’t get rid of but I refuse to let him wear in public. Very sturdy and the spring loaded action means it pulls down easy and assists when returning it to the upright position. Side to side adjustment was easy but make sure you have plenty of room in front of this contraption if you don’t have a walk in closet the size of a palace. Even in a deep closet it pulls further forward than I anticipated.

This is a great solution to utilize a high ceiling closet. Installation was okay. I used studs to determine the width. Flat screws are needed for the plates which I still had issues getting the bracket to slide past but a mallot was convincing. The arms are quite sturdy. The disappointment is the horizontal adjustable rod. It's not as thick of metal like the bracket arms. Before putting coats up, it was already bending. I don't plan to use it daily but it needs more reinforcement to pull on the adjustable rod.

Outstanding product. Work perfectly. Installed 3 in our new walk-in closet.

Not real happy with it we mounted it on the side and it bows in ordered two more and sent them back I am sure I do not believe I have 60 pounds on the bar

These pull down closet rods are excellent and easy to install. I installed 4 of them in a couple of hours.

Just received.. It is a terrible design if you are mounting to back of closet area.. Just as other reviews said... And will make a trip to hardware store tomorrow... Only a very small countersink head screw to allow mounting hardware to work... If you are side mounting it should be fine...

Very solid piece. Didn’t work for my application- I want to install in an IKEA closet but it was too wide. I’m keeping it for my main closet when I redo it because this is a great heavy duty product.

Super fácil de instalas llega muy bien empacado. Puse 2 porque casi toda mi ropa va a ser para esos. Si pesa mucho espero que aguante. Pero super bien se puede colocar desde la pared trasera o a los lados.

Terrible quality! Bent the first time I added clothes to it and didn’t even fully load it up!! We specifically purchased it because it had a higher weight capacity. Waste of money. Incredibly disappointed with this purchase and will be seeking a refund.

Good product but really made for cubed closets ( walls on each side) not open walls. I had to put wood behind the silver lift bars to stop the clothing banging onto the back wall . Better instructions would help. There was a stop for the bar to stop the bar but no way to secure it so it just flipped up and then it hit the wall and clothes fell off
