Wish the flavor was stronger otherwise OK.

I just use it in latte for flavor. No aftertaste just a good flavor.

I really like almond flavor and aroma, so this will be a multipurpose product. It smells great and makes me think of almond cookies. Not coincidentally, a recipe for almond cookies is included with the bottle. In addition to using this in various baking recipes, I’ll be using this in some beverages and, perhaps, for ice cream. The included glass, graduated dropper will provide a quick and easy way to add a specific amount. One minor complaint here: I was unable to get the dropper to fill much beyond the 0.5ML mark despite markings up to 1.0ML, and the extract drips out without any squeeze of the bulb. Adding 4 small drops to an already tasty banana-coconut-mango smoothie (about 14 oz.) made a subtle improvement to the flavor and more obviously enhanced the aroma. Unlike the almond extract I am used to, this one has propylene glycol rather than alcohol; you should not consume large quantities of either of these, but the small quantities of extract used are believed to pose no danger to those with functioning livers and kidneys. Comparing it to a major brand’s alcohol-based extract, I found this Dolce Foglia extract smelled better.

I love almond flavoring, in general, so if I wasn't able to enjoy this in my coffee, I knew I'd get use from it when I bake. My biggest hope, though, was that I could achieve a similar flavor to the toasted almond coffee I get at my local coffee shop and it really hit the mark! I could tell just from first sniff that it smelled delicious and EXACTLY like what I was looking for. And when I added it to my coffee this morning, it didn't let me down in the least. I only added a little for starters, since I wasn't sure how potent it would be and it was perfect. It's sweet and nutty in a way that took my coffee to the next level. I'm so glad I found this and I'm thrilled that it's not loaded with sugar like so many other flavorings! Highly recommend if you love your coffee with a hint of nuttiness or you're looking for a tasty unsweetened almond flavoring for any food project!

I’ve been adding this almond extract to my chia seed pudding. It’s delicious and I plan to use it in my baking as well. While I’m not sure the flavor is that different from the almond extract I have been buying the product packaging and listing of the product certainly are. The listing is very clear about the product benefits, uses and ingredients and is extremely professionally done and gives me confidence in the product. The extract came in a bottle with screw on plastic lid and also a glass dropper cap. The dropper is especially nice. It could easily have been plastic, but it’s not. It’s glass and that entirely changes how it feels when you use it. It's a whole level up in quality and confirms that the manufacturer is making a quality product and hasn’t skimped. It’s especially good for adding the extract to shakes/smoothies or to my chia seed pudding today. It makes adding s few drops, all that I needed, easy without any spillage or waste.

I appreciate that it's bottled in glass. The dropper allows you good control for adding to your beverage or baked goods. I selected this flavoring to use in my plain yogurt. I like to create my own yogurt concoctions, and this almond flavoring is going to be a new favorite. With just a few drops, I was able to make plain yogurt taste very almondy. I added some mini chocolate chips for a real treat. It has both the taste and aroma of almonds. I found no odd aftertaste which I have experienced with other almond flavoring. Yummy.
