not accurate
The main reason I got this watch was for the blood glucose monitoring. It is all over the map i have checked it against two other conventional meters and it never was ever close. I am returning this today.Having said that if you do want a smart watch for all the other stuff buy this one, just not for blood glucose monitoring. in some cases it was 70 points off

Some pros, a few cons
First thing: even with the few cons I encountered, this watch really is an incredible value. It easily competes with much more expensive smartwatches while being a fraction of the cost. While the cons prevent it from meriting 5 stars, it's still on the high end of 4.Cons: sometimes the sensors don't register movement properly, so lifting my wrist doesn't wake the screen, and it registers a few steps when I'm not moving. The charging cradle is a really tight fit, and feels extremely cheap. It seems like the charging solution could and should be a bit simpler and better quality, even for the same price. Some settings are only available through the app, like new watch faces and some of the data monitors and configuration. The custom watch face option is nice, but non-configurable outside of loading your own photo.Pros: as I mentioned previously, it easily competes with watches that cost many times this amount. It lacks some fit and finish in a couple of areas, but it still performs all of the major functions well—and from what I can tell, it does them accurately. Now, some stats, like Stress and Mood, seem pretty subjective since I really can't tell what metrics are being used, but some of the more concrete measurements have demonstrated accuracy. It looks good and operates well in general, and for the price, that's pretty impressive. Its easy to suggest this as an option for anyone who doesn't want to sink money into the expensive ones.Pros:

So much untapped potential squandered by trying to do too much
Good-looking, Apple-like watch with a beautiful screen, nice watchband, responsive CPU, stable internal OS, good Bluetooth, great battery life (about a week), decent IOS tie-in (that requires that an IOS app be installed and running), and that comes loaded with about 20 interesting apps -- of varying "calibration and sensitivity."For instance, the blood-pressure app is intriguing -- how does this watch do it without a cuff? Look at blood vessel expansion? I don't know. What I do know is that the readings it gives are generally in the "healthy" range even when mine is high or low. BP seems to be total BS.I've seen similar comments for glucose and O2 -- that the watch shows "normal" readings when the real value is out of whack -- but I don't have a way of checking those. The watch manufacturer does not publish (that I've seen) any specs, so for measurements of health-related vitals, treat some of these apps as guilty until proven innocent with a good tester before you rely on it.I hate to be cynical, but if I wanted to fool people into thinking my app could do something it couldn't, I'd have it produce readings that randomly bounced around the "believable" range to avoid suspicion, and not worry about the 2% that bothered to check. If this manufacturer wants to be believed, they should publish some specs produced by an independent tester.Anyway, some of the apps DO seem to work. Heart rate, body temp, sleep, and some others DO seem to work. And it's nice to have a calculator, calendar, weather, messaging, and "find phone" on my wrist again after the unfortunate demise of my Apple watch (battery swelled and popped out the gizmo -- Apple says they'll fix it for $400 -- such a deal.)Charging is funky, too. It requires a plastic holder that the watch has to be snapped into, which is then hard-wired by a very short cable to a standard USB plug. It's not easy to unsnap the watch from the holder, and it's tempting to use the charging wire to help -- but don't, or that will be the end of your watch's ability to charge -- I wouldn't want to have to hunt for a replacement. It also seems easy to lose.Bottom line: I like this watch -- as a watch. I wear this watch daily -- as a watch. Some of the apps are useful and fun. Others are a bridge too far, and you shouldn't depend on them with your life.

Competent and Stylish
I like budget smart watches. They do everything I want - answer calls, tell me the time, give me some basic biometrics (heart rate, blood pressure), and record my exercise. The touch screen is very responsive. The speaker has good volume and the microphone works well. And the style works well with either casual more dress clothes. The measured heart rate seems quite accurate, but for me at least, the blood pressure is not. As far as I can tell, there is no way to calibrate the blood pressure measurement. Still, it's useful for showing trends, even if the absolute value is off.The GloryFit app is easy to use. Although you can start an exercise session from the watch, mapping of walks/rides only happens when you start the exercise using the app. One quirk I didn't expect is that the watch needs to sync with the phone to keep time. I powered down the watch when it was not synched, and when I later powered it up, the time shown was from when I powered it down. The clock started again, but the correct time wasn't shown until I forced a sync with phone.Within the limitations of a budget smart watch, this one performs well and looks nice.

Great for work.
I wanted to wear this for awhile to get used to the feel and make sure I enjoyed it at work.No complaints as this is my first "smartwatch" I don't know if I put it through all its paces but it works well for me and holds up against physical work. The watch was not intuitive but after a bit of research I figured out how to pair it to my phone.
