My nephew is really into history and likes to read about it. I got this as a birthday gift for him. He was appreciative but I feel that it wasn’t a good gift. It was a lot smaller than I expected and thin.

I like reading about the struggle to d and the struggle to get attention from governments and backing. It is cool to see high school graduates changing the world without college.

In regards of the Wright brothers reading there is a insightful information of aviation history that this incredible invention was really in many ways great triumph for humanity but also brought challenges to the Wright brothers. The book gives a inspirational insight of their hard work and courage of the Wright brother its easy to understand their up and downs as aviation was getting off the ground. It’s historical read!!

Orville & Wilber Wright are true heroes as far as aviation history is concerned. Before making their first historical flight, they have theoretically solved all aspects of flying by being very interested in taking to the air. You will think of them every time you board an aircraft. They truly capture our imagination even after all these years an all the progress made in aviation (and even space exploration) Without their efforts, we might never have taken to the skies and developed the quick and safe mode of transport we all take for granted nowadays. I got this book for free and have left this review voluntarily

Their struggles to get their inventions recognized makes them all the more interesting. I am generally not a history buff but enjoyed this book.

I was hoping to read something new but this book was disappointing as it was a very short book with information that I could have found on wickipeda but a least it was accurate.

Well written and easy to read this short history describes the start of the age of flight. The Wright brothers used experimentation and perseverance to solve on going problems in their original airplanes.

Interessant à lire, d’autant plus que nombre de ses premiers essais en vol, se tenaient sur les terrains « prêtés » près du Mans ( SARTHE), qui sont devenus le circuit des 24h du Mans.Un des frères souhaitait démarrer en Allemagne, pour trouver des investisseurs étrangers ( déjà à la fin du 19è siècle). N’ayant pas trouvé l’accueil escompté, il se rabattirent sur la France pour quelques mois avant de revenir aux USA.Suite dans le livre....
