I purchased this item because we have a "class clown" at work; who thinks he might still be in the third grade. He steals my chair at work and hides it. I use the chain and lock to secure my chair to the metal frame of my work bench. For the price and durability, it is perfect for the job.I do recommend.

This heavy duty chain was slightly shorter than I expected, but very very strong. I just put two together and made a makeshift bike lock with it.

Not as thick as I thought it would be.i went to home depot instead and just bought a thick lock for nine bucks.

How this item could securely lock up a bike or much anything else is crazy to believe. Chain is thin, and keys feel like they would easily bend in your pocket. Returned it.

I bought this chain for my propane tank on my gas grill. Someone stole my tank in the middle of the night despite having cameras in my back yard. This serves the purpose. It is good enough for my tank but the lock is flimsy so I changed the lock. Other than that it will do. I am not going to return it I just won't buy another one for anything else.
