The rotating stand works and the case matches the pictures, but I have to reject the claim of "heavy duty protection"... The lip that protects the screen is too soft and flexible to provide much protection! I have a tempered glass screen cover with chips and cracks around the edges because this case provides inadequate protection during real life drops.If you want to use a tempered glass screen protector with your Mate SE, consider choosing a case with a firmer, more protective lip. I ordered a Tekcoo case to replace this one and I find it's much better, though sans a stand.

I ordered this item in May of this year and wasn't too impressed. After a couple of drops throughout the months, I noticed little cracks in almost every corner of my screen protector. This is because the case doesn't fully cover the side of the phone because of the curve of the phone. It doesn't fully wrap around? Basically there isn't a rim so the corners are very volnurable. I had it for 6 months and it barely lasted. The little stand broke around the 2nd or 3rd month in. It would jam when trying to rotate, and the little snap out part would never snap back in, you had to try and force it. So it would always swing in and out. Just got my new case today though. Way better than this one 😐

At first it didn't appear that the kickstand was very good at propping up the phone in landscape mode, but I eventually figured out it actually extends further than 90 degrees and locks into place. Fit is great and seems to be protecting my phone well. Case isn't overly grippy, but isn't slippery either.

I like the cover, especially the stand...but the stand is a bit flimsy. The clip that holds it down broke off and the stand flopped freely from fastening firmly. I had to put in some velcor to hold it in place. This works okay, but does fit flush so I have to watch which way I put it in my pocket so as not to catch the stand.

All plastic design looks cheap and for the most part is. Kick stand is so flimsy, I won't use it knowing it would break off with ease. Silver part has faded on all sides and edges within a week. Feels bulky and heavy. Not really sure if this case provides any real protection since I haven't really dropped my phone as of yet. I'm sure it's better than no case at all. Bought this cause it was "Amazon's Choice" which means absolutely nothing to me now. Wish I would have shopped around more before buying.

Shock absorption without added bulk-- the phone remains skinny and light weight but gains a bicycle kick-stand and shock absorption. Great choice for the Honor 7X.

the stand broke off in 2 days. trust me I take care of my stuff especially when they are new but the stand is so delicate that it broke when I wanted to use it and also the little stub they use to hold it in broke off too.

stand can be hard to lock back in but its a good case. Best feature is how easy it is to remove from belt when locked in the open position.
