Daycare kids LOVED making these, they had so much fun deciding what color they wanted to make the next ball. Although, I don’t think it will make the number of bouncy ball as the box says. It was neat and interesting to see them turn into the bouncy balls

My daughter and I had so much fun making these! The kit comes with so many that even though we made 11 of them, we still had so much left over to make a lot more another time! They bounce really good, clean up easily, the colors are so bright and pretty, and it is very easy to make! I recommended it to my best friends for their children.

Fun and easy. They can get a little messy if you let your Littles do the powder themselves. They are sticky at first and after ours dried completely, became pretty hard and not as bouncy. My son still had fun and it was a great craft/project. They come with everything you need. The only thing you need to provide is water and patients! I recommend doing this on newspaper or paper towels and disposable cups. Tap the molds so the powder settles (especially in the square mold) before submerging into water. Also, if you are doing a lot...towards the end, the stickiness inside the molds will clog the water inlet holes. We had one big ball that didn't absorb water and it stayed powdery. Easy fix...we just added powder to fill hole and dried water onto it and molded it to match the Contour of the shape. UPDATE: Once fully dry, they are hard as rocks!

I give it 3 stars because it's a very easy thing to do with the kids. But after day 2/3 they are not bouncy they become rock hard and do not bounce. They are a bit sticky when they are solid, fun activity though.

I got these DIY bouncy balls as kids party favors, and I’m not a fan of landfill fodder. These kits were an absolute smash- complex enough activity for 7-9 yr olds but easy enough to require minimal adult involvement. kids came back asking for seconds! Like other reviewers stated the main issue was when kids didn’t read/follow the directions. If you leave the mix in the mold in water too long it wont set, etc. So parents/adults should give the instructions a read through before handing kits off to kids. For those who followed the directions, everyone had a fantastic, super bouncy ball!

I bought these as prizes for a game at my son’s birthday party. We had planned to test them out before we gave them away because they look cheap and they were cheap. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to test them so I was really worried. HOWEVER, when we got home, we made 8 kits and all 8 of them turned out perfectly! We did have a couple that had been submerged all the way in the water (don’t see how that made a difference) that I was worried wouldn’t turn out because they were still fairly pliable when we opened them, but we just put them back in the mold and dried them on the table a few extra minutes. They were bouncy, colorful and so much fun! Each kid was proud of their ball and has lots of fun playing with them for a few minutes. We had kids ranging from 13 down to 2 years old make them at home and all of them enjoyed it. We did have to help the 2 and 3 year old pour the powder into the mold, but they still liked it. I would 100% recommend these for a party favor, fun activity at home, gift, etc.

Fun kit- all inclusive- and the bouncy balls really do bounce! My 4 yr old grandsons loved this “experiment “. They were able to do it mostly by themselves (with a little help). Great activity for us to do together

Listing shows box makes 43 balls, but the delivered item box shows that it makes 31 balls only. I needed this for something and don't have time to send it back and order another one.
