Very good. I mix it with ramen noodles to add great flavor.

Good price as compared to the store, but not sure I’ll buy again. A little bit of a sweet taste to it that didn’t seem right. My daughter noticed it too but my hubby thought it was great. Personal preference I guess.

Decided I did not want to make the sauce from scratch this time. It turned out to be a good alternative.

I like to make “pad Thai” with Brussels Sprouts, Cauliflower, or whatever veggie I have on hand, but the sauce has a lot of ingredients (some that I don’t normally keep on hand), so this product has made my life a lot easier. It’s reasonably priced and tastes good, too!

While I am no connoisseur of Pad Thai sauces, I do love to cook vegetarian/vegan & play around w tasty creations (including sauces). Unfortunately, this sauce just tasted bad (w a type of spoiled aftertaste). Didn't look spoiled though, but the taste was just too unpleasant to overcome, at least for my palate (& doesn't taste like the pad Thai dishes that I've had before). It's possible I got a bad batch? It came sealed/packaged well. But my over-all impression... I'd avoid.'Best of Thailand' sauces do have several that are quite tasty (Hoisin, Teriyaki, ...), ...just not this one.In case you're interested in what the 'I+G' is, in their Pad Thai ingredients list its... "Sodium Inosinate and Guanylate - I+G". The description went on to say, "NO MSG, Vegan....Enhances the umami flavor of any savory dish, naturally, without MSG. I was looking for that pad thai flavor you can get at a good Thai restaurant. This isn't it, but it isn't too bad either. For making stuff at home, it will do as a decent base.
