Purchased to build a home made short wave radio antenna. Quality and performance are good. They are durable and adjustable to achieve the size needed. Overall a good value for the money. Reception was very good once adjusted to proper length. Bottom line is I will purchase again. On to the next project.

Was not expecting much. Not the thickest material (can flex a bit in upper section of antenna) but it is fully functional and had the correct 3mm threading. It worked out well since I built several radio projects with my son and having a set of 4 gave me extra for these projects. Overall a good value for the money.

they work. I broke one early

The grand kids are hard on remote control transmitter antennas. These keep the toys running. They are a bit shorter than the original 27mhz antennas but work fine with no noticable loss in range.

Got my radios back in service!

Screws were not able to tighten BNC connecter to tilt antenna without it falling down. I used electric tape to wrap around end of BNC to Antenna junction to keep antenna upright. Both were the same. Would not buy them again.

We bought extra for a child that breaks them frequently.

As you can see from the picture this is an older release of the RCA ANT111R. If you try to buy this model now you will get a shorter antenna and will not get as many stations. My older model has better reception then the newer amplified RCA model. So finding replacement antenna was great. Oh, I removed the BNC connectors
