Worked great surface conditioning my airstream before polishing!
Used these to remove surface corrosion on the exterior of my airstream project. I used this for all the glass and window frames and the skins. They will not scratch the glass cleans them well before buffing. Did good job getting the metal clean before starting the buffing process. They do wear down and get rounded if not used flat.

Does the job I need it to do
This does an incredible job with negligible effort required on my part. I have used it on many pieces of steel to clean and remove rust. My only disappointment is that it does not work well on anything other than a flat piece. When I used it on something of lesser width, such as a 2x2 tube, it wore unevenly. This made it much less effective on flat steel as it no longer removed rust evenly, leaving me to go over and over and at different angles. It still did the job, but the work was much greater.

Quality wheel
Long life. The bright sheen on mild steel as the final step leaves an impressive finish.Value for money. I've not found a better way to prep steel for clear-coat finish.

Great finish on aluminum
Used on old aluminum. They conform to your shape and work very well and fast. They do ware out but that is normal. They fit my machine well. Work great on raw aluminum. Takes a while on anodized aluminum so start with a courser grit then finish with fine.Only reason I did not give five stars. The paper label falls off right away and then you do not know the grit. Use a marker and label them first thing.
