There is no nicotine in this product. You get what you pay for I guess. I didn't want to pay Nicoderm's price so I went with something cheaper and got all patches at once. They did nothing! Went to Walmart and got their brand and the withdraws went away even when I bought the next step. Don't waste your money!

Helps me withdraw from smoking. Although I have not completely quit. This definitely helps me refrain from it. Great addition to my glove box. Fair price. and easy to start.

I had already quit smoking for some time before I got these, but still have strong cravings for a cigarette at times. I don't need something strong to help me quit, just something to quell the craving. These patches work just fine for that. Whether they would have made quitting easier, I don't know the answer to that, but they do what I need them to do for me. They're easy to apply, but I do wish a different adhesive could be used. I still occasionally have night sweats and noticed when I do and am wearing a patch, it will begin to lift around the edges.I can't really say if these will help you to quit smoking, but I can say they will help you to continue to quit smoking.

I am a smoker and have been for a very long time. Its an ingrained habit, and its subtle in how it works. Non-smokers wouldn't understand (or be able to empathize) but I need a smoke in hand whenever I'm digging into something challenging. Without the smoke...well, the concentration isn't there. And yes, I know its not good for me or those around me. I'm determined to quit and obtained these patches for help.I put them on and they left a gluey residue when I took them off. It took rubbing alcohol to get the last of the residue off and it still let my skin feeling sticky. Under the patches, I got bright red patching but it faded after a few days, figuring that the red marks were nothing health-wise compared to actually smoking.I've use patches before and none of them seems to do a great job for me. Usually, the patches keep you poised at the point where you are aware you'll need to take a breather for a smoke 10 mins from now and balancing that all day. These were maybe holding up until around1 and then the urge overwhelmed the medication.All in all, not well pleased. Its possible it may work more effectively on someone that either smokes less or or is less dedicated (for lack of a better word) to their smoking. I've tried other patches and they worked better than these, even if none of them to date has worked on me.All in all, I'd suggest seeking a different brand and I wish you better luck in quitting than I was able to achieve.
