Can this be used with any shallow storage container, or does it have to be the sta-wet palette?

It’s basically just a thin sponge lining designed to place under your paint pallet paper, in order to keep it moist and prevent the paint from drying when being stored. It fits their trays perfectly, but I suppose you could use them in any tray or container that seals for storage. I’ve only always used them as replacements for their specific tray.

The size of the sponge is 16-2/8" x 11-5/8". It is made to fit the Premier palette with the red lid.
